The 65 m² big Holiday Apartment is located in the first floor of a designer Villa in Málaga very best residential area, surrounded by old pine trees and a lot of green and very quiet.

The Apartment was built in 2011, and offers an independent Bedroom (15m²), living kitchen and dining area with huge 36 m² and a modern Bathroom with suspended WC and solar heated warm water. We offer as well a huge covered Terrasse (16m²) with Sea views (however Pine trees covers the views more and more) and a little garden with 25 m². From our house you will be in 3 km at the beach (Pedregalejo) or Shoping Area (El Palo) as well as the fresh market. Our little Microbus will bring you down and back to the house (except weekends).

For friends of walking very recomendable passing the green San Anton mountain and further on the beautiful Bay of Málaga.
