The Studio Merced is completely renovated with parquet floors and it consists of a lounge area with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen the features a table-bar which separates the 2 environments. You may also choose this space to conveniently make your meals in a practical way and/or you can also use the small table for dining. The bathroom is separate with  an enclosed shower. The property also includes a 32” TV, air conditioning, washing machine and everything you may need for your stay.

Internet is optional USB modem. Possibility of parking (optional at an extra daily fee) and extra cleanings during your stay (optional at an extra daily fee).
