Duquesa 3 is a spacious apartment of 85 m², recently restored (2011), and in which the owners have maintained the original details of the beautiful historic building were the property is located (fifth floor with elevator).

The apartment has two bedrooms, one which has a double bed and a second one with two single beds; both spaces feature a handy rack which serves as a closet for storing personal effects.

The bright and spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a flat screen TV, aside from a chaise longe for some “chill out” time!

The modern & fully equipped kitchen - dining area feature amongst others, a table and chairs for 6 people, electric hob, oven, refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Also for your convenience the apartment has washer and dryer for your clothing.

The beautiful bathroom is decorated with soft tones and offers a modern shower perfect for some relaxing time at the end of the day, maybe after a day of museums, sightseeing, shopping or a day in the beach!

The apartment is finished in white & beige tones and all rooms receive natural light. You will find that the windows, doors and details of Duquesa 3 hold the taste and quality of the traditional constructions of past times. The original marble & hydraulic mosaic floors mix with modern features such as central air conditioning & heating or automatic blinds; the comfort of the 21st century added to the classic beauty of the apartment.

Duquesa 3 is located on Calle Duquesa de Parcent, near the harbor of Malaga & the Alameda Principal (where all the bus lines stop), the Contemporary Art Centre of Malaga,  and just 10 minutes walking from the commercial & cosmopolitan Calle Larios and the city centre’s train stop.

The surrounding areas offer a variety of typical bars and restaurants as well as major shopping areas with a wide range of services; last, but not least - considering our 320 days of sunshine a year, for beach lovers the Malagueta is just 20 minutes away!

The Duquesa 3 has all the amenities to make the best of the stays and it is recommended for groups - families and/or friends, as it has a total capacity of up to 6 people.

Officially, the check in time will be starting at 14.00 h. If you need to check in before, please let us know and if the property is ready, meaning that there is no check out on the same day, we have no problem in allowing the entry before the stipulated time.

Officially, the check out time would be 12.00 h. If you wish to leave later, please let us know in advance or at arrival and if possible, if there is no entry on the departure day we will have no problem in allowing the departure after the stipulated time.
