The apartment is located a second floor of a historic building (NO ELEVATOR) in a perfect position to explore the trendiest part of the city. The apartment is a spacious 70 square metres in size and enjoys all modern conveniences. It has a mixture of modern and antiquities and beautifully carved original entrance doors.
The 2 bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and balconies through which you can enjoy natural light.

The kitchen, just next to it is fully equipped including a 4 burner electric hob, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, toaster, coffe maker, blender, etc.
This apartment offers a fully equipped bathroom with shower and additionally a toilet which gives a bit of independence to large groups and also advisable for business or a touristy stay.
Fresca 10 is located in an area of Malaga which has become a buzz with an abundance of restaurants (trendy ones such as La Moraga and typical ones like El Chinitas o Bodegas Quitapenas) and shops, is very cosmopolitan and has probably the liveliest night-life in the capital. The location is exciting and the apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Malaga has to offer!
